  :: Business leadership programme (BLP) for high potential middle managers moving into general management
  :: Emerging leaders programme (ELP) for operational level managers

The latest emerging leaders programme (ELP) was attended by 25 employees selected after a rigorous three-stage selection process among 215 employees. The programme was inducted on 9 February 2006. On the same day, the previous batch of participants of 2005, which was the first batch received their completion certificates and awards.

After a one-day introductory module, the participants went through an outbound learning programmme at Pegasus, near Bangalore. This was a module specifically customised for this programme, in partnership with IIM-B. It was a mix of experiential learning through outdoor exercises and discovery of self and the dynamics of teams through psychometric instruments and discussions.

Similar programmes have been conducted in the areas of finance.
