CFL has acquired the shares (25%) from IFFCO
through a Share Purchase Agreement and from general public (4.85%)
under an Open Offer. Consequently, GFCL became a subsidiary of CFL
on 12th April 2007. Currently CFL holds 74.92%. of the equity capital
