Chennai, 20 March 2015: Wendt India Ltd, a part of the INR 243 Billion Murugappa Group, was conferred the “Silver Award” in the ‘India Green Manufacturing Challenge 2014’ for Green Manufacturing by International Research Institute for Manufacturing India. The award was given on Friday 20 March 2015 in recognition for the environment-friendly practices that have been institutionalised by Wendt India towards its philosophy of “Engineering Flair with Environmental Care”.
