Outstanding Feat!
Kavita, Outstanding woman Manager of the year 2007
The Cholamandalam DBS Team made
their mark at the Women Managers' Convention organised by Madras
Management Association (MMA) in Chennai. Kavita Narasimhan, Manager
- Private Client Group, DBS Cholamandalam Distribution Ltd. Was
declared the Outstanding Woman Manager of the year 2007. The runnersup
were Vandana R - Relationship Manager, Private Client Group, DBS
Cholamandalam Distribution Ltd. and Nithya Gopalakrishnan, Financial
Analyst, Cholamandalam DBS.
Papers were presented on the theme - Breaking Barriers
and Building Bridges. Given a total of 30 minutes, each participant
had 15 minutes for the presentation and 15 minutes were allotted
for discussion between the panellist and the participants.
The team from Cholamandalam DBS made a sweeping victory,
excelling on the following criteria:
- Clarity and substance
- Ability to communicate with, and respond to questions
effectively
- Contribution to effective managerial thinking
and performance.
- Originality & Creativity
