Agra, November 17, 2009: Crossing the successful 1000 Kms, the riders of the Hercules Ryders Expedition reach Agra today and visit the BSA Go outlet at Agra Cantt. Hercules Ryders Expedition is organized by TI Cycles in association with the Andhra Pradesh Government wherein 9 IPS officers will be riding from Kashmir to Kanyakumari to promote theIndian Police Services among the younger generation and inspire them to be part of the prestigious services. The ride would be done over a period of 33 days covering 3840 kms.
The riders from NPA have so far covered 30% of the distance from Kashmir to Agra which is about 1000 kms. IPS officers Mr Shastry & Nand have been leading The Hercules Ryders Expedition from the front. We are confident that tours like this will give a boost to Indian Police and also encourage the youth to take up cycling.
