OVERVIEW

Parry Enterprises has five business divisions, with well established brands and top of

Tuflex India

Tuflex India is the company behind one of India’s most well-known brands ‘Netlon’, a
mosquito proofing solution. It is the market leader in extruded polymer nets and polymer
knitted fabrics. A pioneer and leading supplier in geo-synthetic systems, it also provides
solutions for soil stabilisation, waste management and embankments.

Murugappa Membranes

Murugappa Membranes, a division of Parry Enterprises India Limited, specialises in advanced membrane technology. This business caters to concentration and purification applications and was conceived as a concentric diversification from the polymeric products manufactured over 40 years under TUFLEX brand. Our state-of-the-art hollow fibre manufacturing membrane facility in Palej - Gujarat focuses on UF, MBR, and RO Membranes technologies.

OVERVIEW

Parry Agro owns estates across India’s premier tea-growing regions — from the lush Anamalai Hills and Nilgiris–Wayanad in South India to Assam where we have Deckiajuli along the Brahmaputra and Rajajuli in Udalguri. These estates and factories produce some of the finest Indian teas enjoyed across the globe.

Spread over 3,210 hectares, Parry Agro produces nearly 14 million kilograms of tea annually. Parry Agro has been consistently recognised at the prestigious The Golden Leaf India Awards (TGLIA), receiving accolades year after year for excellence in tea quality, innovation, and industry leadership.

Parry Agro’s estates are Trustea-certified, and its organic estates at Paralai and Iyerpadi are certified under IMO, NOP (USA) and NPOP (India), ensuring globally recognised standards of sustainability, safety, and quality.

Parry Agro strengthens its innovation through a dedicated in-house R&D laboratory that focuses on clone improvement, quality evaluation, soil health, and sustainable agronomic practices — ensuring consistency, superior cup profile, and long-term productivity.

Ambadi Enterprises Limited has an extensive line of products for Home & Hospitality that include home furnishings, made-ups (cushions and throws) and floor coverings (Broadloom for Hospitality segment, carpets, dhurries, rugs, and mats). Among the top 10 exporters of carpets & floor coverings from the organised sector in India, they have integrated manufacturing & development facilities at Panipat and Bhadohi.

The textiles business specialises in bespoke handcrafted textiles & fabrics which are produced from the traditional centres of Kannur (Kerala), Mysore & Noida. The company has a firm foothold in the worldwide market for bespoke textiles and soft furnishings. It supplies global brands and interior designer labels through its subsidiary Parry Murray & Co. UK.
